1. REGISTRATION – An annual registration form must be submitted. Registration applications are free and are accepted at any time; however, returning participating student families will be charge a $5.00 late fee if they renew after the published renewal date.
2. ACCOUNT NUMBER
A. Each participating student family will be assigned an account number (the last six digits of your phone number).
B. Donor families can submit their orders in the same envelope with the student family they wish to assist, or they can fill out a registration form under their own account number.
3. ORDER FORM
A. Order forms are available online and at both campuses.
B. All orders for a particular account must be submitted on one T.R.I.P. order form and placed in a business-size envelope with your name and phone number listed on the outside of the envelope.
D. Updates and changes will be published in the Crusader Weekly and the “T.R.I.P. News” section of this website.
4. PAYMENT
A. You are encouraged to pay by check (payable to C.W.C. T.R.I.P.), rather than with cash.
B. The checks are not tax deductible and will be stamped as such.
C. Any “Not Sufficient Funds” check will incur a $20 fee. After two NFS checks are tendered on your account, only money orders or cashiers checks will be accepted.
D. Payment is due when you order, unless you indicate on the outside of your order envelope and at the top of your order form that your order is Deferred. Payment for deferred orders is due when your order is picked up, rather than when it is placed.
E. The T.R.I.P. Committee reserves the right to change your order if the amount of payment does not correspond with the amount of the order.
5. ORDER LOCATIONS – Unless specified otherwise (due to pay-out, holidays or summer vacation) orders are due by the indicated times each Thursday at the following locations. Late orders will be held until the next order date.
A. 4K Classroom: 8:15 a.m.
B. 4K-5 Campus: 8:15 a.m. – T.R.I.P. mail slot inside the McKinley St. entrance foyer.
C. 6-12 Campus: 9:00 a.m. – T.R.I.P. mail slot outside the T.R.I.P. Room
D. Bargains Galore: 8:15 a.m. – T.R.I.P. wall rack in the break room.
