http://www.centralwisconsinchristian.org/pro/news_rss.cfm?detailid=61215 Home The CWC Board approved a recommendation from the Building Expansion Leadership Team on Monday night to bring forward to the Society a recommendation to vote on a proposed Capital Campaign Project. The recommendation includes the following: (1) The construction of a new 4K-5th grade facility, new high school gymnasium, new Commons/Cafeteria/Kitchen, new fine arts stage, modifications the high school industrial technology shop, expanded high school music room faciility and remodeling of existing lockers, weight room and storage. The details of this construction are included on the construction plans dated July 28, 2010 prepared by Excel Engineering, Inc. (2) The procurement and signing of a loan by CWC's Board President from American Bank as provided for in the loan commitment dated August 12, 2010. (3) The construction of this project begins in the fall of 2010. (4) The entire scope of the project be completed assuming that 75% of the cost of the project is secured by signed pledges. If sufficient pledges are not secured, the scope of the project shall be reduced. (5) At no time shall the committed and incurred costs exceed 75% of pledges and collected sums without seeking approval from the Society and American Bank.
