All parents with children enrolled at CWC are members of PIA and assist in its service and fundraisers. Not only does this raise money for needed funds but also promotes community within the school.
This sign-up sheet is for your family to make your choices for service for the 2011-2012 school year. Full descriptions can be found on the attached sheet or on the CWC website at www.centralwisconsinchristian.org. All families need to choose at least three points of service. Points for each area of service are listed in the parentheses. New families to the school are asked to pick just one service area. Please complete this form and return to the school office or submit your choice via the schools website by May 2, 2011.
