Parents In Action

All parents with children enrolled at CWC are members of PIA, and assist in its service activities and fundraisers.  Not only does this raise money for needed funds, but also promotes community within the school.

This is a sign-up sheet for your family to make your choices for service to Parents in Action for the 2009.2010 school year.  Please select your first, second, and third choice for service.  Full descriptions are located in the documents on the right side menu.  All families need to pick up at least three points of service.  Points for each area of service are listed in parentheses.  New families will need to serve on just one committee.  Please complete this form and submit your choices by May 21, 2009.
