Agnesian HealthCare Volunteer Scholarship:  This scholarship is available to any high school senior who is pursuing a career in a healthcare field. There are two scholarships available to those pursuing 4 year degrees and one available for those pursuing a degree at a technical college.  Questions can be answered by calling Linda Becker at 926-4304.  Applications are available from Mrs. Schouten. Applications deadline is March 12, 2010.
 
Kohl's Kids Who Care Scholarship:  To nominate a student who you believe has volunteered and has had a positive impact on his or her community visit http://www.kohlscorporation.com/communityRelations/scholarship/index.asp. Winners may receive $50 gift certificates or $1000.00 college scholarships. The deadline for this scholarship is March 15, 2010.
 
Dodge County 40 Et 8 Registered Nurses Scholarship:   This is a scholarship is available to any high school senior that is a resident of Dodge County and plans on pursuing nursing and attending a School or Nursing located in Wisconsin. (This does not include LPN programs.) Scholarship recipient will be chosen based on scholastic achievement, financial need, leadership and character. Application for this scholarship is available from Mrs. Schouten. The deadline for this scholarship is March 21, 2010.
 
Fond du Lac County Scholarships: All the following scholarships are available to seniors that RESIDE in FDL County. 
 
Mary E Abel: FDL County Senior planning to major in elementary education. Scholarship deadline is March 31, 2010. 
Elmer & Nellie Dixon Scholarship: FDL County Senior planning on studying in fields relating to agriculture or Protestant Christian Ministry. Financial need is also a consideration. Scholarship is March 31, 2010
FDL Area Foundation. FDL County Senior who ranks in the upper fifteen percent of their class. Scholarship deadline is March 31, 2010.
FDL Area Foundation – Youth for Christ: FDL County Senior who is currently actively participating in the FDL ministry of Youth for Christ. Scholarship deadline is March 31, 2010.
FDL County Medical Society: FDL County Senior who is planning on studying in a health related field. Scholarship deadline is April 1, 2010.
Robert N & Alice Promen: FDL County Senior who is planning on majoring in nursing, pre-med or finance. Financial need is a consideration. Scholarship deadline is April 1, 2010.
Izaak Walton League of American – AD Sutherland Chapter: FDL County Senior planning on pursuing education in conservation, ecology, or directly related undergraduate fields of study. Scholarship deadline is April 1, 2010.
Fond du Lac Retired Educators Association:  This is a scholarship for a senior who is pursuing education as a degree. There is also a scholarship available for a college student currently pursuing education as a degree. Applications are available from Mrs. Schouten and are due April 6, 2010.
Fond du Lac Area Agribusiness and Harold Reinecke: FDL County Senior who is pursuing post-secondary training at a university, trade school or technical college in the fields of agriculture or agri-business. Application can also be obtained at www.fdlac.com. Scholarship deadline is April 16, 2010.
Jim Gilmore Law Enforcement: FDL County Senior who is pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree in law enforcement. Scholarship deadline is April 15, 2010.
American Legion Trier Puddy Post No. 75: FDL County Senior who is a son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter, adopted sons or daughters of American Legion Post No 75 members. Scholarship deadline is April 15, 2010.
Josh Polhamus Firefighting: FDL County Senior who is pursuing education in a fire protection program. Scholarship deadline is April 15, 2010.
Chris Henning Paramedics: FDL County Senior who is furthering his/her education toward a career in Emergency Medical Services as a Paramedic. Scholarship deadline is April 15, 2010.
IAM Local Lodge #1947: FDL County Senior who is has a family member who is a member of the Lodge #1947, and has a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Scholarship deadline is April 30, 2010.
 
Wisconsin Alumni Association -- Fond du Lac Chapter:  This is a scholarship available to high school seniors who are residents of Fond du Lac County and who are intending to go to UW Madison next fall.  Students will need to supply 2 letters of reference. Applications are available from http://www.uwalumni.com/fonddulac. The application must be typed! Applications must be postmarked by March 25, 2010.
 
2009-2010 Herzing Cup Scholarship: Students interested in completing projects in either Business, Technology, Visual Communications or the Health Care field are eligible to receive anywhere from $300 to $1000 to be used at Herzing College, or $150 to $500 to college of their choice. Projects Include from a business analysis, marketing plan, art or sculpture, web page, powerpoint presentation, graphic design project, animation or movie, research paper/project on health topic, portfolio with resume and pictures illustrating an experience related to a potential health career field. For information see Guidance Counselor. Deadline for projects is March 26, 2010.
 
Dodge County Board of REALTORS Student Scholarship Program: This is a scholarship available to seniors from Dodge County and plan to major in a field of business, such as marketing, accounting, business administration, business management or a related field at an accredited college. Students are asked to submit two letters of recommendation, and a 250 word essay including future goals and experiences or accomplishments that help define who they are. This scholarship is due March 31, 2010. Applications are available from Mrs. Schouten.
 
Fond du Lac Area Human Resources Association Scholarship:  This is a scholarship available to a senior who is a resident of FDL county or attedngin a program in the FDL area and is accepted to an accredited two or four year college in a Human Resources degree program (or related field such as management, leadership). Applications are available from Mrs. Schouten. This scholarship is due April 7, 2010.
Waupun Educational Foundation:  This scholarship is available to seniors who are accepted at either a four year or two year institution. Scholarship selection is based on academic achievement as well as extra-curricular activities.  A hard copy of the application to print is available by clicking here.  A computerized form of the application to complete by typing is available by clicking here. Scholarship deadline April 09, 2010.
 Waupun Kiwanis Scholarship:  This scholarship is available to seniors who are accepted at either a four year or two year institution. Scholarship selection is based on academic achievement as well as extra-curricular activities. An emphasis in selection is on the students service activities.  A hard copy to print and then complete is available by clicking here.  A computerized form of the application to complete by typing is available by clicking here.  Scholarship deadline April 09, 2010.
Excel Engineering, Inc. Corporate Scholarship:  This is a scholarship that is offered by Excel Engineering that is available to high school seniors who live in or attend high school in Fond du Lac County, and meet the following criteria: Plans to major in Architectural, Engineering/Surveying or CAD Technician program have a GPA of 3.00. Dodge County Executive Law Enforcement Association Scholarship:  This is a scholarship to students that are residents of Dodge County and are pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree in criminal justice or law enforcement or related field. Applications are available from Mrs. Schouten.  The deadline for this application is April 15, 2010.
 
Waupun Memorial Hospital Gift Shop Scholarship:  This is a scholarship available to seniors who have maintained a 3.5 GPA and are pursuing a four year degere in a Human Medical Field.  Applications are availabe from Mrs. Schouten and are due no later than April 15, 2010.
 
Robert and Edna Cleveland Scholarship: This is a scholarship awarded to a senior that is attending school in the Waupun School District. Seniors must be attending a 4 year college and have maintained a 3.0 high school GPA. Applications forms to type on are available by clicking here, Acopy to print and complete is available here or from Mrs. Schouten. Application deadline is April 22, 2010.
Hazel L Stephenson Scholarship: This is a scholarship available to high school seniors who live in Fond du Lac County that are attending any University of Wisconsin Campus.  This scholarship is due April 19, 1020.  Applications are available from Mrs. Schouten or online at http://www.uwex.edu/ces/cty/fonddulac/flp/StephensonScholarship.htm.
 
American Legion Scholarship Program:  This scholarship is available to seniors who are a son/daughter, grandson/granddaughter or great grandson/granddaughter of a member of the Waupun American Legion, Post #210. Applications are available from Mrs. Schouten. The deadline for this scholarship is April 20, 2010.
 
Waupun Lioness Scholarship: This is a scholarship awarded to a student that attends school in the Waupun school district. Students must be attending either a 2 or 4 year college. A student with a disability will be given first consideration. If no such student applies, a student entering a field to help those with disabilities will be considered next. Applications to type on are available by clicking here. Waupun Public Utilities Line Mechanic Training Scholarship: This scholarship is available to seniors  who plan on attending an Electrical Power Distribution Program (preferably at one of Wisconsin Technical Colleges), and whose parents are customers of Waupun Public Utilities. Applications are available from Mrs. Schouten. The deadline for this scholarship is April 23, 2010. 
 
Waupun Public Utilties Public Power Scholarship: This scholarship is available to seniors who plan on attending any post secondary institution and whose parents are customers of Waupun Utilities. Applicants need to write and submit and essay on “Our Community Connection – The Value of our Municipal Utility.” Criteria, guideline and applications are available from Mrs. Schouten. The deadline for this scholarship is April 23, 2010. 
 
Dodge County ARC Scholarship: This scholarship is available to seniors who plan on attending any post secondary school pursuing a degree in special education, maintained a gpa of 3.0 and have evidence of helping individuals with cognitive or physical disabilities.  Deadline for this scholarship is April 23, 2010.  Applications are available from Mrs. Schouten.  
 
Carrie Crystal Stuckert Memorial Art Scholarship: This scholarship is available to seniors who plan on pursuing a degree in the visual arts. Academically capable students that are enrolled as an Art Major at an accredited institution are encouraged to attend. Important components are extracurricular accomplishment and inspirational goals. Requirements include a written autobiography (1-2 pages) highlighting activity involvement, community service, awards, and reasons for pursuing an art degree, two letters of recommendation (one from art instructor), and the completed application. Deadline for this scholarship is April 26, 2010.  Applications are available from Mrs. Schouten.  
 
 College Scholarships
Calvin College NSF Scientific Computation Scholarship: This is for students interested science and computing. The Scientific Computation Scholarships will range from $4000 to $8000 per year and may be renewed for up to 3 years if recipients continue to meet the eligibility criteria.To be eligible for an NSF Scientific Computation Scholarship, students must plan to be a full time Calvin Student, pursuing a degree that supports the interest of science and computers, be a US Citizen, demonstrate academic potential and ability and financial need. Deadline is   Monday, February 15, 2010. Application materials and further information are available at http://www.calvin.edu/isri/scholarships/
 
 Moraine Park Foundation Senior Scholarship:  This is a scholarship awarded to 2010 seniors that will be enrolled in at least 9 credits at MPTC next fall, and who have also maintained a 2.75 high school gpa.  Applications are available at http://www.morainepark.edu/pages/170.asp or from Mrs. Schouten. Application deadline is March 19, 2010. There are other scholarships also available from Moraine Park. The deadline for these will be mid June.  ALL students attending MPTC should fill out an application for either the senior or general scholarships.  To be eligible for the senior scholarship please complete the application by March 19, for all other Moraine Park Scholarships applications are due by June 22, 2010.

Best Buy @15 Scholarships Program: Students in 9-12 with solid grades and have been involved in volunteer community service or work experience.  Apply online at www.bestbuy.com/scholarships or www.at15.com. Deadline for this scholarship is February 15, 2010. 
 
Burger King Scholarships:  Senior that are US Residents, have maintained a 2.5 gpa, has worked part time at least 10 hour a week, actively involved in community service, can demonstrate a financial need and are pursuing educaiton past high school are eligible for this scholarship.  Applications are available from September 14, 2009 - February 1, 2010.  Application deadline is February 1, 2010.
