Miss Richards' Profile
Middle and High School Spanish Teacher
Started at CWC: August, 2009
Educational Info: I graduated from Taylor University in May 2009 having specialized in both Psychology and International Studies with an emphasis on Spanish. I spent a semester studying in Sevilla, Spain and have traveled to many other countries including Honduras, Mexico, and most recently Ecuador. After graduating from Taylor, I moved to Waupun taking the full time position of teaching Spanish to middle and high school aged students. I love teaching material I am so passionate about. Currently I am taking classes online through Taylor University to get my teaching license.
Other Duties Performed at CWC: Freshman class advisor, Director of high school play
Why I love working at CWC: I love working with the students at CWC and watching them grow not just in regards to their Spanish skills but also socially and most importantly, spiritually. The kids are so precious in my eyes and I love seeing the personalities and talents God gave each one, creating them in His image. I also love my colleagues and consider myself very blessed to be able to work in a Christian environment where I can learn and grow from the other teachers and staff. I love being a part of the CWC community!
